All payments are made via Bacs payments direct to Artist(s) the same day payment is received/cleared to account, once payments are received from productions, work secured. It is the Artist(s) responsibility to provide the correct Bank account details. People registered on Kreative Talent Agency whether via the website or other are self employed and are responsible for their own tax and national insurance.

Failure to adhere to terms and conditions after understanding and accepting the terms and conditions can result in any action deemed appropriate by management at Kreative Talent Agency ie possible removal from the agency.

Artist(s) on Kreative Talent database follow the instructions and direction of the production crew via jobs they are booked for and maintain a positive professional work ethos in compliance with diversity, equality, race or creed.

It is the Artist(s) responsibility to research casting locations, and source info prior to attendance at castings to maintain the best possible outcome at auditions.

It is the Artist(s) responsibility to bring to the Attention any conflicting work when attending castings/booked for work secured via Kreative Talent Agency, particularly in relation to rival brands.

It is the Artist(s) responsibility to ensure that all work/credits information held on profiles is up to date and true.

It is the Artist(s) responsibility to take due regard to their own health and safety whilst on assignments, reporting any concerns immediately to the production/crew immediately. Please take notice of any health and safety information on call sheets.

By agreeing the Terms and Conditions of Kreative Talent Agency, artist (s) agree that Sue Francis, via Kreative Talent Agency is authorised to deal on behalf of artist(s), in doing so is authorised to receive payments on behalf of the artist(s) via Kreative Talent Client Account . All payments to Artist (s) will be paid on receipt / cleared to account via same day bacs payment. It is the responsibility of all Artist(s) to provide the correct bank details and notify changes immediately.

Should an Artist which to leave Kreative Talent Agency two weeks' notice must be given in writing to the agency. Equally Kreative Talent Agency will provide two weeks' notice to Artist (s) However in exceptional circumstances, without notice, Kreative Talent reserves judgement with regards to removing Artist (s) with immediate effect.
